Scope of Offerings

Gaiaden provides a variety of instructional experiences, including personalized sessions, group workshops, and curated materials that blend leadership guidance with mindful advancement.

Refund Policy

Services

Our live engagements, such as workshops, seminars, and coaching sessions, may be rescheduled at no extra charge if requested at least seven days before the start date. Cancellations made more than seven days in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations between three and seven days before the event will be eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations less than three days before the event are not eligible for a refund due to preparatory arrangements. If Gaiaden cancels an event, participants may choose between a full refund or a future session credit.

Informational Products

Digital offerings, including e-guides and recorded materials, may be refunded if the request is submitted within fourteen days of purchase and no more than twenty percent of the content has been accessed. All approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method. Access beyond this threshold or requests after fourteen days are not eligible for a refund.

Goods

Physical items, such as printed journals, may be sent back within thirty days of delivery if unused and in the original packaging. Upon receipt and inspection, a refund will be processed via the original payment method. Costs for sending items back are typically the responsibility of the purchaser unless items are defective, in which case Gaiaden covers reasonable shipping expenses. Replacements may be offered if item entry is available.

No-Refund Provision

Certain exclusive retreats and limited-capacity events are non-refundable due to venue bookings and bespoke preparation. These conditions will be clearly indicated at the time of booking, ensuring full transparency before confirmation.
